Where it all began
Fuyu Handbag Factory was established, marking the beginning of our bag-making journey.

A partnership with LI-NING
We signed an agreement with LI-NING, beginning a long-term manufacturing partnership.

VANKAY & Vercheers
The company was renamed VANKAY Leather Goods and launched Vercheers, our own women’s handbag brand.

We began factory audits and obtained Disney Facility and Merchandise Authorization (FAMA).

THE ANSWER ARCHIVEDoes VANKAY handle both development and manufacturing?
Yes. VANKAY brings bag design, product development, sampling and manufacturing together, with operations in Shenzhen and Huizhou. Our bag-making roots date back to 1991, and our process connects your initial brief with sample approval, production checks and final packing.
Can I start with a small order?
Yes. Our minimum order quantity starts at 100 pieces. Share the style and quantity you have in mind, and we’ll confirm the requirements for your project before you commit to an order.
Can you help if I don’t have a complete design?
Yes. You can start with reference images, a sketch or a description of what the bag needs to do. Our ODM service supports design and development, while OEM production follows your supplied design and specifications. If you’re unsure which route fits, tell us what you already have.
What can I customize?
We can discuss the bag’s dimensions, compartments, materials, colours, hardware, branding and packaging. We’ll review how these choices affect construction, cost and production, then confirm the details in your quotation and sample approval process.
Can I review a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Sampling gives you the opportunity to review the materials, construction, branding and functionality before approving bulk production. Your feedback helps establish the agreed sample and specifications used for production and quality checks. Sample and development fees are set out in your quotation.
What are the lead times for sampling and bulk production?
Standard-style samples take 7–10 days, and bulk production takes 35–45 days. These periods do not include shipping. We’ll confirm the applicable start date and schedule for your project, and discuss any timing changes if you revise the design, materials or quantity.
How do you keep production aligned with the approved sample?
The approved sample and agreed specifications guide production and quality review. Checks cover materials, key production stages, finished products and packing. Please share any specific performance, testing or destination-market requirements before order confirmation so they can be reviewed as part of your project.
What is included in my quotation?
Quotations are issued in USD. Product prices exclude shipping, destination-country import duties, customs clearance fees and taxes. Any sample or development fees, payment terms and separately quoted shipping costs will be specified in the quotation or order agreement for you to review before confirming.
How will my order be shipped?
Sea freight is our standard shipping method. If you need air freight, express delivery or another faster option, tell your sales representative or email us before shipment is arranged. We’ll confirm availability, additional charges and estimated transit time with you.
Can I change or cancel an order after confirmation?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the production stage, work already completed and agreed order terms, then explain any effect on cost and timing. Changes or cancellations need to be agreed before we proceed.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Email vankay@vercheers.com promptly with your order number, the quantity affected and clear photos or videos. Keep the affected goods and packaging while we review the issue against the agreed specifications. Depending on the findings and order terms, a resolution may include repair, replacement or a partial or full refund. Please contact us before returning goods.
What should I send to get started?
Tell us the type of bag, its intended use, your estimated quantity and your target delivery date. A target budget, reference images or a tech pack will help us understand your project, but you don’t need every detail ready to make an enquiry.
