These Terms of Service apply to your use of the VANKAY website and your enquiries about our bag design, development and manufacturing services. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

VANKAY provides bag design, product development and manufacturing services, including OEM and ODM projects.

Product images, descriptions and other information on this website are provided for reference. The specifications, materials, colours, quantities and other requirements for an order must be confirmed in the applicable quotation or order agreement.

Submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of an order.

2. Minimum Order Quantity

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 100 pieces. Please contact us to confirm the quantity requirements for your selected product and project.

3. Quotations & Payment

All quotations are issued in US dollars (USD).

Quoted prices do not include shipping charges, destination-country import duties, customs clearance fees or taxes.

Payment methods, payment schedules, quotation validity and any sample or development fees will be specified in the applicable quotation or order agreement. Please review these details before confirming your order.

4. Samples & Production Lead Times

The sample lead time for standard styles is 7–10 days. The lead time for bulk production is 35–45 days.

These periods cover sample preparation or production and do not include shipping transit time. The applicable start date and production schedule should be confirmed when the order is agreed.

If you request changes to the design, materials, quantity or other specifications, we will review their effect on pricing and scheduling with you.

5. Product Specifications & Approval

Please review all relevant specifications, artwork and samples carefully before providing approval.

The agreed specifications and approved samples, where applicable, form the basis for production and quality review. Requirements relating to branding, packaging, testing or destination-market standards should be communicated before the order is confirmed.

6. Shipping, Customs & Taxes

Shipping arrangements, charges and delivery terms will be set out in the applicable quotation or order agreement.

The recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, customs clearance fees and taxes in the destination country. These charges are not included in our quotations.

Production lead times should not be interpreted as guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping transit times and customs processing are separate from production.

7. Order Changes, Cancellations & Quality Concerns

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed according to the agreed order terms, the stage of production and any work already completed.

Returns, quality claims and refunds are addressed in our Returns & Refunds Policy and any applicable order agreement. Please contact us before returning goods.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, brand names, logos and product designs remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not grant permission to reproduce or use them.

If you provide designs, artwork, logos or other materials for a project, you must have the rights or permission necessary for us to use them for that project.

Ownership and permitted use of any newly developed designs, tooling or project materials should be agreed separately in writing.

9. Website Use & Privacy

You agree to provide accurate information and to use this website lawfully. You must not interfere with the website’s operation or submit unlawful or infringing content.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Order Agreements & Statutory Rights

Where a separately agreed quotation or order agreement contains specific commercial terms, those terms take precedence over the general commercial information in these Terms of Service for that order, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our website or services. Updates will be published on this page and will not, by themselves, change the terms of an order already agreed.
